"View from Turkey Hill". If you live on the East Coast, you may be familiar with Turkey Hill brand ice cream and iced tea. There really is a Turkey Hill, here in Lancaster County, where the dairy originated on a family farm. The land nearby is part of a preserve, and this picture overlooking the Susquehanna River was taken from the hiking trail. Altered original digital print on silk charmeuse, silk, cyanotype on silk, machine and hand stitching, hand beading. Size: 22" x 18".

"View from the Old Bridge". The Susquehanna River between the towns of Columbia and Wrightsville has been the site of several bridges, one with historical significance for being burned during the Civil War. This photo was taken from the Veterans Memorial Bridge, c.1930, (Rt. 462)looking at the modern bridge (Rt. 30) in the background, and an overgrown stone pier from the Civil War era bridge in the foreground. Altered original digital print on silk charmeuse, vintage silk fabrics, handpainted silk, hand and machine stitching, hand beading. Size: 22" x 18".

"View from House Rock". A vigorous hike through the rolling river hills of south-central Pennsylvania leads to the reward of the view from House Rock. This work includes an altered digital photo acrylic medium transfered onto pima cotton, cyanotype on cotton, silk fabrics, various fiber embellishments, machine stitching, and hand beading.
